You have the option to purchase on-site or remote training if you need help in addition to our Knowledgebase and initial onboarding information. We also hold regular Lunch and Learns which are short webinars covering a topic on either Genie or Gentu.

Gentu works on any device with internet and a web browser. Genie works on Windows and some Mac computers (64-bit Macs will be supported soon).
