With over 20 years of development, Genie is one of the most comprehensive practice management software systems in the country.

We have spent years refining it and the most important factor when selecting what to do next has always been your feedback. As Genie Solutions has grown and matured, we’ve seen a need to formalise this feedback process and in 2019 we introduced our new Voice of the Customer program.

Genie Solutions has always worked closely with customers to make sure that new features are developed not only to improve efficiency and workflows in your practice, but also to make sure that your everyday experience is great when you’re using our software.

A major piece of work we’ve recently completed in Genie v9.3.6 is the ability for users to open the patient demographic window while the clinical file is still in use. This has been one of the most requested features in the history of Genie and here’s what it took to complete:
