We’re offering selected partners the opportunity to apply to be a Genie Solutions Certified Adviser. You’re a valuable part of our ecosystem and we thank you for your ongoing support.
As a Certified Adviser, you’ll get:
- Promotion of your business as a partner of Genie Solutions.
- Your logo and URL on our dedicated webpage listing our Certified Advisers.
- Permission to use a dedicated logo on your website, to indicate to prospective clients that you’re part of our Certified Adviser Program and have our backing as a trusted company.
- You’ll have direct access to escalated phone support, so that you get straight through to an experienced, senior support team member.
- Dedicated email communications updating you on the latest releases and information ahead of our customers.
- Access to a closed Certified Advisers group in the online Genie Community.
- Access to demo environments for both Genie and Gentu.
In order to be accepted as a Certified Adviser, you will need to:
- Complete an annual training session and annual certification test to ensure that you are up to date on the latest developments of our software.
- Provide us with a list of your customers who use Genie or Gentu so that we can coordinate support.
- Sign a general terms and conditions form.
- Have been in business more than 5 years and support more than 10 Genie Solutions customers’
