The way you currently use Genie is one of the first things we need to understand when assessing your suitability for Gentu. For example, which features and modules do you find the most valuable and use on a daily basis? We’ll also discuss the size of your practice, doctor’s working arrangements, the staff and role types. Once we understand this, we can organise a demonstration so our team can run you through how Gentu can work for your practice. While we would love to be able to provide a simple check-list, the best way to find out your practice’s suitability for Gentu is to have a conversation with our Sales Team by calling us on 1300 889 362.

Our team have performed over 250 Genie to Gentu migrations and we have over 25 pieces of data that convert directly from Genie to Gentu. Our team will walk you through every step of the migration process, from your trial conversion, to booking in a time for your final data migration and Gentu training. Our priority in the migration process is to ensure as much data comes across into Gentu as possible and we’ll discuss your expectations with you to make sure everyone is on the same page.

You have the option to purchase on-site or remote training if you need help in addition to our Knowledgebase and initial onboarding information. We also hold regular Lunch and Learns which are short webinars covering a topic on either Genie or Gentu.

Letter templates don’t automatically come across into Gentu from Genie but it is possible to recreate your letter templates if you cut and paste from Genie. Your Trainer can help you redevelop letter templates in Gentu during the migration process if you need assistance.

There are two ways you can do this. You can scan the files onto your computer first, then attach them in Gentu, or the doctor can take photos on their phone and upload directly into Gentu from their mobile.
